Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance
Have the essentials ready
An urgent enquiry is easier to assess when it includes locations, an item list, measurements and known weights. Attach clear photographs and mention loading assistance or equipment needs. If the goods are not packed yet, explain when they will be ready. Truck availability and cargo readiness are separate questions.
Check access before requesting arrival
Ask the collection and delivery premises about loading windows, lifts and permissions. Make sure someone can provide entry at both ends. A same-day truck cannot solve a missing move permit or a locked warehouse. Address these constraints before asking the driver to travel to the pickup point.
Be clear about flexibility
State your preferred time and the latest workable receiving window. The transport team must confirm availability and suitability for the load. Around-the-clock enquiries do not guarantee an immediate truck, a particular arrival time or every vehicle size. Ask for a confirmed plan instead of assuming dispatch follows automatically.
Agree the quote and responsibilities
Confirm the vehicle, handling help, route and any waiting or additional trips. Do not skip this discussion because the move is urgent. Keep contacts and instructions accessible, and notify the team if circumstances change. Good preparation supports an urgent booking without making promises about availability that have not been confirmed.
Your pre-booking checklist
