Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Put the trip information first
Start with your name, pickup address and delivery address. Add location pins and a preferred date or time window. Include any additional stops rather than mentioning them after a quote has been agreed. The receiving contact and hours are especially useful for showroom, warehouse and business deliveries.
Attach an organised load description
List furniture, cartons, pallets or equipment by quantity. Give dimensions for bulky pieces and reliable weights for heavy goods. Use full photographs to show shape and condition. Tell the team about glass, fragile finishes, upright-only items and anything that cannot be stacked. Photos should support the inventory, not replace it.
Explain the assistance required
State whether people at each location will load and unload, or whether helpers are requested. Mention stairs, lifts, long carrying distances and site equipment. Ask separately about dismantling, wrapping or specialist lifting if needed. The transport team can then discuss the complete scope rather than guessing what “moving help” means.
Send and wait for confirmation
The website enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message; you still need to send it within WhatsApp. Opening the message is not a confirmed booking. Wait for availability, the assigned vehicle and the quote to be agreed before treating the job as scheduled. Keep the conversation available for collection and receiving details.
Your pre-booking checklist
- Locations and date
- Load list and photographs
- Access and helpers
- Explicit booking confirmation
General planning guidance, not a vehicle specification or specialist lifting instruction. Confirm the assigned truck and job requirements before booking.
