Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Start with building permission
Evening or weekend transport is useful only if both premises allow loading and lift use at those times. Confirm security access, loading bay arrangements and any required approvals. A transport business taking enquiries around the clock does not mean your building is available around the clock. Check each location separately.
Define the move window
List the tasks that must finish before the next working day. Include packing, loading, travel, unloading and IT restart, without treating any estimate as a guaranteed duration. Assign someone authorised to make decisions at each end. Confirm transport availability for the proposed window before scheduling the rest of the team.
Prepare for limited support
An after-hours move may have fewer building staff, suppliers and technicians available. Make sure access contacts and essential specialists can be reached. Keep keys, permits and receiving instructions together. Identify a fallback for items that cannot be moved or installed within the planned window rather than improvising under time pressure.
Finish with a working-day check
Reconcile the inventory and make sure essential work areas are accessible. Ask the IT team to test the equipment it manages. Keep a record of outstanding tasks for the reopening team. An off-hours move can reduce overlap with daily work, but it does not eliminate disruption without preparation.
