Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Record the complete pallet
Provide pallet count, dimensions and gross weight including the pallet and packaging. Explain any overhanging goods, uneven shapes or stacking limits. Supplier documents are more dependable than visual estimates. Inspect packaging and pallet condition before collection, and address unstable or damaged units with the responsible warehouse team.
Check handling equipment at both ends
Confirm whether forklifts or other appropriate equipment are available and can access the truck. Share the loading bay details and receiving schedule. A truck booking alone does not provide warehouse lifting equipment. If the load cannot be handled safely with the planned setup, discuss an alternative before dispatch.
Keep the shipment traceable
Identify pallets or units using labels that match the dispatch list. Record quantities and destination information clearly. If goods go to several locations, tell the transport team before loading so delivery order can be considered. Keep paperwork ready for the receiving team and retain a copy for reconciliation.
Prepare the receiving area
Clear the intended unloading space and arrange a contact who can check the shipment. Communicate changes to receiving time as early as possible. Compare delivered units with the dispatch record before breaking down pallets. This process supports accountability without claiming that transport alone covers inventory control or specialist storage work.
Your pre-booking checklist
- Gross pallet weights
- Forklift availability
- Dispatch identifiers
- Receiving space
General planning guidance, not a vehicle specification or specialist lifting instruction. Confirm the assigned truck and job requirements before booking.
