Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Check the item before arranging transport
Ask the seller for full photographs, measurements and a description of any damage. Confirm that the item is ready for collection and whether it will be dismantled. Keep the purchase arrangement separate from transport. A driver collecting furniture cannot replace your assessment of its condition or suitability.
Agree a realistic collection window
Obtain the seller’s location pin and contact number. Check building entry rules, parking and lift availability. Make sure the seller or an authorised contact will be present. Tell the transport team whether the pickup is from an apartment, shop or storage unit, and whether loading assistance is needed.
Check the destination too
Measure doors and lifts at your property before buying bulky furniture. Decide where each piece will go and clear the path. A sofa that fits the truck may still be impossible to carry through a narrow corridor. Share these constraints before the collection date so handling can be planned.
Confirm the complete transport scope
Send item and access details to the transport team together. Agree who wraps, dismantles and carries the furniture, and what happens if collection is delayed. At delivery, check the item before the seller’s packaging is discarded. A well-coordinated handover reduces waiting and avoidable extra handling.
