Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Send a useful location description
A location pin is helpful when a delivery address is less familiar to the driver. Add the entrance, receiving contact and any landmark needed to identify the correct access point. Check that the pin marks the loading entrance rather than a nearby road. For industrial premises, clarify where a vehicle should report on arrival.
Confirm the trip arrangement
Explain whether the job is within Umm Al Quwain or linked to Sharjah or Dubai. Include all stops, the requested date and the receiving window. Ask the team to confirm availability for the complete route. Do not interpret a location page as a guarantee of immediate truck dispatch or a local branch address.
Prepare cargo and access details
Record item dimensions, weights and handling needs. Share information about loading equipment, unpaved access or restricted entrances where relevant. If machinery requires lifting, provide reliable technical details and ask for operator assessment. Never assume the route or truck alone establishes suitability for an industrial load.
Have someone ready to receive
Arrange a person who can provide access and compare the delivery with the dispatch list. Ensure space is clear for unloading and communicate any timing changes. Confirm waiting arrangements beforehand. Keeping the collection and receiving teams aligned helps prevent a truck arriving at a site that cannot accept the goods.
Your pre-booking checklist

- Complete route

- Receiving contact
General planning guidance, not a vehicle specification or specialist lifting instruction. Confirm the assigned truck and job requirements before booking.
